What is eStatus Connect? It’s 24/7 access to your account information!

Don't forget... By registering for eStatus Connect you will also, be able to pay your mortgage online.

Also, once registered, download the Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. Servicing Mobile App by searching Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. Servicing.

Register for eStatus Connect

After entering the above information, you will be asked to accept our terms of service. Following the terms of service you will be prompted for a

  • Username
  • Password
  • Email Address

Finally, you will receive an email at the email address you registered with that contains an activation link. Note: You must use the activation link to complete registration

Making a Payment

We have a couple of options when making payments. In this example, we will use the One-Time Payment option. Click on the payment options link. Then click on One-Time-Payement

You will be asked to authorize Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. to initiate an electronic ACH debit from your checking or savings account.

To complete the form you will need

  • Your bank's routing/transit number
  • Your Checking/Savings account number

Setting up Autopay

If you would prefer to have your account automatically charged on a monthly basis, you can configure auto-pay. To configure auto-pay, log in to eStatus Connect or click the "Customer Login" button near the top of this page. Once you're logged in, go to the payment options tab. Click on the "Auto-Pay - Recurring Draft" option.

You may have to authorize Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. to initiate an electronic AC debit from your checking or savings

To complete the form you will need

  • Your banks routing/transit number
  • Your Checking/Savings account number

Note: To cancel auto-pay you should call or email our servicing department at (877) 350-0350 or The request should be made five(5) business days prior to your next scheduled ACH payment

Using the Mobile App

Our eStatus Connect mobile application can be found in the app store for both Android and iOS devices. Alternatively, you can search for "Flat Branch Mortgage, Inc. Servicing" in either app store.

In order, to log in you must already be registered for eStatus Connect (if you've been following this guide, you have already registered).

When you open the mobile app, enter your username and password. You will be sent an email with a security token to authorize your login (the security token is case-sensitive).

At this point, you should be logged in to the eStatus Connect application and should be able to use all the functionality that would be available to you on the desktop site. When you exit the application, it will automatically log you out.
